HOW TO SUBMIT<\/h2>\n
Papers should be\u00a0submitted through the\u00a0EasyChair\u00a0electronic submission system.<\/b>\u00a0To use\u00a0EasyChair<\/a>, one should first create an account (or use an existing one). You can create an EaysChair account\u00a0here<\/a>.\u00a0Log in<\/a> to your account and follow the steps of submission. If you wish to dedicate your paper proposal to a specific Track or Session contact us with the number and title of your submission and the name of the track\/session you would like to join too.\u00a0If you need help with the submitting process, please contact us.<\/p>\n Submissions should be\u00a0original and unpublished<\/b>. Submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere. Note that if your paper is longer than 6 pages, an overlength charge may apply (please see the registration fees).\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI.\u00a0 <\/b>After the Conference, IEEE<\/span>\u00a0has<\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0right<\/span> to include or exclude the papers published in\u00a0the conference proceeding\u00a0into the\u00a0IEEE<\/span> Xplore.<\/p>\n Conference proceedings that meet IEEE quality review standards may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore), if the paper is not presented at the conference. ‘Pay to publish’ is not allowed by IEEE.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Accepted papers have the opportunity to be presented at the conference, which is also a criterion to be published in the conference proceedings. There are 20 minutes<\/b>\u00a0available for all types of presentations including Q&A. We take time limits seriously, session chairs will be requested to stop speakers exceeding the 20 minutes presentation slot, so please prepare your talk according to this. We kindly ask presenters to introduce themselves to the session chairs during the break before the start of their oral session.\u00a0Equipment provided<\/b>\u00a0at the venue:<\/p>\n We recommend that speakers test their presentation, sounds, and videos during the break before their session starts. The\u00a0final timetable\u00a0of the presentations will be available a few weeks before the conference.
