Submission

– The poster exhibition is open to presenting scientific results as well as technological solutions and further pilot models ready to innovate. 

– There is no specific template for the posters. You should choose the format that best represents your research work. The size of the poster is A0 (841 x 1189 mm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches – vertical layout). 

– We will provide the poster display board; however, the printing of the poster is the responsibility of the exhibitors.

– For exhibitors of the posters it is mandatory to fill out the registration form below by October 13. 

– For those who request an exhibition desk, please do not forget to indicate it on the registration form. 

• – The abstract paper is a maximum of 2 pages in single-column format
• – The style files of the Abstract paper are DOC and LaTeX
• – All submitted Abstracts will be checked by plagiarism detection software. If the plagiarism check detects more than 20% match, the abstract will be automatically rejected.
• – Abstract paper submissions for oral presentations are CLOSED. 

The are two options for submitting papers – CLOSED

1 – Abstract paper AND Full Journal paper – CLOSED (Full paper submission requires an Abstract paper submission as well.)
2 – Abstract paper ONLY – CLOSED
