- Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the participant. A full refund will be issued only if the conference is cancelled by the organizers.
- Registration fees include: paper presentation eligibility (not applicable to Listener pass), access to all official conference sessions, electronic conference proceedings, conference banquet (Listener pass excludes banquet), and coffee breaks.
