How to submit
Abstracts should be submitted through the EasyChair electronic submission system. To use EasyChair, one should first create an account (or use an existing one). You can create an EasyChair account here. Log in to your account and follow the steps of submission.

- The maximum word limit for the abstract is 400 words.
- Please download (Word, PDF) the abstract template and follow the format carefully.
- Your submission should be submitted in English.

Accepted abstracts have the opportunity to be presented at the conference. There are 20 minutes available for all types of presentations including Q&A. We take time limits seriously, session chairs will be requested to stop speakers exceeding the 20 minutes presentation slot, so please prepare your talk according to this.
Equipment provided at the venue:
- – Laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system
- – Projector
- – HDMI cable
- – VGA adapter
We recommend that speakers test their presentation, sounds, and videos during the break before their session starts. The final timetable of the presentations will be available a few weeks before the conference. If you have any specific needs regarding your presentation, please contact us.
